We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as
Entry-Level Event Representatives in Nashville.
This is a hands-on, people-focused position for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in a team environment, and representing organizations at live events and community-based campaigns.
No previous event, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide
paid training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop strong communication, customer service, event, and leadership skills.
This is an
in-person position and is ideal for recent graduates, career changers, hospitality and customer service professionals, or anyone looking to gain professional experience.
What You’ll Do
As an Event Representative, you will:
- Represent our clients at live events, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the Nashville area
- Engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain client campaigns, programs, and initiatives
- Answer questions and provide accurate information to event attendees
- Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for guests
- Support customer acquisition, outreach, fundraising, or promotional goals depending on the campaign
- Work alongside other team members to meet daily and weekly goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of our clients
- Provide feedback regarding event performance and attendee interactions

Compensation
