Stanford's Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) program is dedicated to advancing the translation of scientific discoveries into real-world health improvements by fostering innovation, collaboration, and education. Within this framework, the Evidence to Action (E2A) program aims to bridge the gap between research and policy by equipping researchers with tools to engage change agents, fostering impactful collaborations, and promoting health. By promoting partnerships across disciplines and communities, E2A seeks to enhance the impact of research on health policies and improve the translation of research into actionable solutions.
The Senior Associate Dean of Research Office within the School of Medicine at Stanford University is seeking an Evidence to Action (E2A) Program Manager who will play a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating the E2A program. Responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, interviewing key informants, assessing institutional resources, and synthesizing findings to create educational tools, training materials, and strategies that support the program's mission. The E2A Program Manager will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, track program progress, and ensure that deliverables are met. They will also help disseminate research findings through publications and develop creative solutions to meet program needs through grant writing and resource management.
To be successful in this role, the E2A Program Manager must remain adaptive to evolving program needs, emerging health policy challenges, and new research directions while continuously monitoring the program's efficacy and impact.

Bachelor of Arts degree in an applicable social science related field and two years applicable experience, or combination of education and experience in an applicable social science.

The expected pay range for this position is $85,376 to $99,581 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of the salary the university reasonably expects to pay for a position upon hire. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
