Position Summary

Due to an internal leadership transition, J. J. Keller is seeking an accomplished Executive to lead our Technology Solutions business and build upon a strong foundation of growth, innovation, and customer success.

The Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions serves as the business leader and general manager for J. J. Kellers portfolio of technology-enabled solutions and services. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the companys most strategic growth businesses while shaping the future of innovation solutions that enable customers to operate more safely, compliantly, and efficiently.

Responsible for the overall growth, profitability, customer experience, strategic direction, and operational performance of the Technology Solutions business, this leader owns the complete business lifecycle, including market strategy, product portfolio management, innovation, software development, client success, customer retention, revenue growth, and financial performance.

Success in this role requires balancing strong commercial leadership with product and technology strategy to accelerate growth, enhance customer value, expand market share, and deliver exceptional business outcomes. Working closely with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, the EVP will drive innovation, strengthen client retention, and position the business for continued long-term success.

The EVP leads a business unit of approximately 190 associates, including 50 associates based in J. J. Keller India, and has five direct reports. The Technology Solutions business generates approximately $76 million in annual revenue.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role contributes to enterprise strategy while maintaining direct accountability for Technology Solutions business results. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of the enterprise, lead a high-performing organization, and make a meaningful impact on the future growth of J. J. Keller.

This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wisconsin. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right individual.

Job Responsibilities

Business Leadership & P&L Ownership

• Own the overall financial performance of the Technology Solutions business, including revenue growth, gross margin, contribution margin, operating profitability, and return on investment.
• Develop and execute strategies that accelerate sustainable revenue growth while improving operating efficiency and profitability.
• Lead annual operating plans, long-range business strategies, forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate market opportunities and business investments to maximize enterprise value and long-term growth.

Growth & Commercial Strategy

• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to drive customer acquisition, retention, expansion, pricing strategy, market positioning, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales executives on strategic customer relationships, large contracts, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop strategies that increase market penetration, improve competitive positioning, and strengthen recurring revenue growth.
• Ensure the Technology Solutions portfolio aligns with evolving customer needs and market opportunities.

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Own the commercial success of the Technology Solutions portfolio.
• Ensure product investments are aligned with customer value, market demand, competitive differentiation, and financial return.
• Lead identification, evaluation, development, and launch of new technology solutions and services.
• Drive innovation initiatives that create new revenue opportunities and expand the companys addressable market.
• Champion continuous improvement of existing products to improve customer outcomes, retention, and growth.

Customer Experience & Client Success

• Own the end-to-end customer experience across implementation, adoption, support, renewal, and expansion.
• Establish strategies that improve client satisfaction, retention, renewal rates, and long-term customer relationships.
• Regularly engage with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and improve solution effectiveness.
• Partner with Client Success teams to drive customer outcomes and strengthen lifetime customer value.

Technology & Product Delivery Leadership

• Lead Product Management, Software Engineering, and Client Success organizations through a team of senior leaders.
• Ensure effective execution of product roadmaps, development initiatives, and technology investments.
• Balance speed, quality, customer value, scalability, and financial performance in all investment and delivery decisions.
• Ensure modern software development practices, technology strategies, and AI capabilities are effectively leveraged to support business objectives.

Organizational Leadership

• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and teams.
• Create a culture focused on customer success, innovation, accountability, collaboration, and business results.
• Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise leadership and actively contribute to company-wide initiatives and priorities.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, privacy obligations, and corporate policies.
• Manage the organization in accordance with Corporate Data Security policies and standards.
• Oversee all required compliance programs associated with Technology Solutions operations.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
• MBA a plus.

Experience:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in an executive, general management or comparable senior leadership role with accountability for business growth, operational performance, and financial results (P&L experience required).
• Experience operating within complex, technology-enabled commercial software solutions businesses, including leadership of senior leaders responsible for product development, engineering, and technology functions.
• Proven success leading multi-functional technology environment with responsibility for strategy execution, financial performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operational results.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex product portfolios, including portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, innovation, and commercialization. Demonstrated track record of building high-performing organizations and partnering across commercial and operational functions to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, investment prioritization, and business planning.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events is also required.
