Maintain reliable inventory levels by monitoring usage, expiration dates, and stock levels; partnering with clinical leaders to anticipate procedural and operational needs; and coordinating substitutions to prevent shortages and reduce waste. Monitor and use supply chain performance measures, including cost per case, inventory turns, contract compliance, purchase and receiving timeliness, expired or excess inventory, open orders, product availability, and realized savings, to support operational and financial decisions.
