Executive Vice President, Operations

Reporting directly to the Principals of the firm, the Executive Vice President, Operations will help drive organizational alignment, operational excellence, and platform scalability across the business.

Lead the property management organization and drive performance, accountability, and consistency across the portfolio.

Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement the operational structure necessary to support continued growth.

Align cross-functional teams across property management, asset management, development, construction, accounting, finance, and investments.

Design and implement scalable operating procedures, performance reporting frameworks, and communication processes.

Evaluate and enhance systems, workflows, and organizational processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Champion technology adoption, automation initiatives, and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions that improve operational effectiveness.

Develop and mentor leaders throughout the organization while building succession plans and strengthening leadership capability.

For the Executive Vice President, Operations we are seeking:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Management, or a related field.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience within real estate operations, property management, or vertically integrated real estate organizations.

Exposure across several real estate asset types is desirable - multifamily, mixed use, industrial, retail etc.

Demonstrated experience scaling organizations through periods of growth and increasing complexity.

Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.

Experience implementing operational systems, reporting frameworks, and technology solutions at scale.

Strong understanding of property operations, asset management, and portfolio execution.

Track record of establishing accountability, performance management processes, and operational discipline.

Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset combined with institutional-quality execution standards.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.

Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $325,000 USD annually. Eligible for annual bonus and long term incentives.
