Weekend Bedmaker – Environmental Services (EVS)
Penmac Staffing is hiring a Bedmaker for a 16 hour weekend-only position in the Environmental Services department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule and competitive pay.
Schedule:
- Saturdays and Sundays
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

About the EVS DepartmentThe Environmental Services (EVS) team plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. EVS ensures that all areas meet strict health and safety standards, supporting infection control and overall facility cleanliness. As part of this team, you will help create a positive experience for everyone who enters the facility.Responsibilities for the Bedmaker:
- Make beds to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Work closely with the EVS team to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including flu vaccine requirements.
Requirements for the Bedmaker:
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.
- Ability to start within two weeks.
- Adhere to dress code: black pants, tennis shoes, and purchase a company shirt within two weeks (no jeans allowed).
