We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee and optimize our essential support functions across multiple healthcare facilities in southeastern Wisconsin.Job Summary: The EVS Director will be responsible for managing and leading the team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to their teams. Looking for a confident "go-getter".Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Oversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your regionEstablish and maintain quality control standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Ensure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.Ensure contract compliance at each location.Be present for all CMS Inspections as well as Joint Commission.Foster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executivesQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital facilities.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple facilities and departments effectively.Above average computer skills.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Benefits:Competitive SalaryHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceRetirement Savings Plan with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid Holidays
