Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital system in Cleveland, OH to hire experienced EVS Housekeeping & Floor Care staff. We are hiring for first and second shift opportunities with a pay range starting at $15/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe environment while supporting daily operations, responding to service needs, and upholding all health, safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Collect trash throughout hospital and manage trash chutes
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good working order
- Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests' complaints or requests, and inform other personnel when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulations and adhere with company policies and licensing laws
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be available every other weekend and holiday
- Willing to Obtain a 1 step TB test and flu shot as part of onboarding process
- Floor Tech experience or proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently, with professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
Shift Opportunities:
- 1st Shift - Full-Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift - Full-Time: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 2nd Shift - Full-Time: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 2nd Shift - Full-Time: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- 2nd Shift - Part-Time: 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Hospitality Monday-Friday)
- All Full-Time shifts work every other weekend and every other holiday.
