What You Can Expect in the Role

• A wide range of clinical experiences-from wellness exams and urgent care to surgery and dentistry assisting.
• A team-based environment where assistants and technicians are trusted, empowered, and encouraged to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and treatments
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed
• Prepare and monitor patients during anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Perform dental cleanings and assist with radiographs
• Conduct lab testing, collect samples, and place IV catheters
• Educate clients on preventive health, nutrition, and home care
• Help maintain accurate medical records and clinic flow

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant or technician
• Confidence in your technical skills with a willingness to continue learning
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and passion for animal health and client education
