What youwillbe responsible for

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and optimization frameworks forState Street’sFinancing Hub platform.

• Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful product deployment.

• Prototype and iterate on innovative solutions, working with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver tailored products efficiently.

• Engage directly with clients and prospects, conducting product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and serving as a subject matter expert.

• Maintain high standards of governance and risk management throughout the solution development process.

• Represent State Street at industry conferences and events, showcasing platform capabilities and thought leadership.

• Foster a collegial and professional team environment through collaboration and active engagement with colleagues.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required

• At least 5 years of experience inquantitative, analytical or technologyroles within financial services sector

• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Pythonand SQLprogramming

• Experience developing insights and dashboards in business intelligence tools such asPowerBI, Tableau or Qlik

• Preferred experience in securities financing (including securities lending/borrowing, repo, and collateral management)

• Background in working with analytics and execution platforms

• Proven experience leading and collaborating with Agile teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders and technical teams at all organizational levels

• This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days a week in the office
