What youwillbe responsible for
Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and optimization frameworks forState Street’sFinancing Hub platform.
Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful product deployment.
Prototype and iterate on innovative solutions, working with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver tailored products efficiently.
Engage directly with clients and prospects, conducting product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and serving as a subject matter expert.
Maintain high standards of governance and risk management throughout the solution development process.
Represent State Street at industry conferences and events, showcasing platform capabilities and thought leadership.
Foster a collegial and professional team environment through collaboration and active engagement with colleagues.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
At least 5 years of experience inquantitative, analytical or technologyroles within financial services sector
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Pythonand SQLprogramming
Experience developing insights and dashboards in business intelligence tools such asPowerBI, Tableau or Qlik
Preferred experience in securities financing (including securities lending/borrowing, repo, and collateral management)
Background in working with analytics and execution platforms
Proven experience leading and collaborating with Agile teams
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business leaders and technical teams at all organizational levels
Additional requirements
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days a week in the office
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
