Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Administrator/Operations Support to provide administrative and secretarial support and project coordination. This role requires strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable with ambiguity, balancing strategic project support with traditional administrative duties while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support by managing day-to-day matters, including complex calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate communications, take meeting minutes, and track key deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools to create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including software licensing and hardware inventory.
  • Coordinate global meetings and events, handling all stages of planning and execution.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Align risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
  • Proven experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior management in a professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks, project coordination, and operations support.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite background/Tech Savvy


Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automating tasks and improving work products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a virtual environment and across globally distributed teams.


Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between 33-43 per hour, depending on the experience/background. Contract employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave where applicable.
