Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 4
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 3 Months (Potential to convert to FTE)
Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Provides personal administrative support to an exec leadership team member who reports to CEO.
- Duties include general clerical and project-based work.
- This resource should project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
- This role required a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, be customer focused and have the ability to take positive and developmental feedback. Must be able to juggle several things and manage changing priorities.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience; MS office skills, required; Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel);
- High level of organization and attention to detail, customer service focus;
- High level of initiative; Ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy environment;
- Strong communication skills.
Education: Degree preferred but not required
Preferred experience working in large-scale high-tech environment.
Must be very organized, detailed, and able to work in a very fast and changing environment. Ability to coordinate meetings/events, coordinate travel plans, etc.
