This position will support the CEO, Executive Team and Directors by performing the administrative duties that enable us to deliver positive results. The Primary Functions of this position include: - Event Planning - plan and coordinate all aspects of all-staff conferences and recurring training events
- Design and produce monthly corporate newsletter
- Support HR efforts by assisting with new employee onboarding and conducting phone interviews
- Maintain and update ClaimAid website
- Manage ClaimAid's social media communication
- Deposit checks, resolve past-due accounts, process monthly invoices
- Expense report management and coordination
- Responsible for routine correspondence or documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Word Press, InDesign
- Scan documents for electronic retention
This is a full-time position with the following benefits: - Starting Pay - $19.00/hour or higher, commensurate with experience

Professional Qualifications for this position include: - Requires High School diploma or equivalent PLUS two years of experience.
- Must have excellent spelling and grammar, good phone skills, basic math skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and the ability to carefully proof own work.
- Must be proficient in a variety of software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Word Press and Canva.
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed.
- Position requires tact, ability to maintain confidentiality and good interpersonal skills.
- Must have or be able to gain knowledge of company, policies and procedures and business vocabulary.
- Must demonstrate team behavior and willingness to promote a team-oriented environment.
- Must represent the organization in a professional manner at all times.
