Executive Administrative Assistant (Korean bilingual)

FocusKPI is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant (Korean bilingual) to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend the contract depending on your performance & budget
Pay Range: $30 - 37/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to executives: manage complex scheduling and other executive affairs, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
• Assist with meeting and workshop scheduling and with meeting materials preparation, such as confirmations, welcome packets, final document mailings, name badges, and signage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to the team: Supervise general office duties, including ordering supplies, managing office facilities, and shipping/receiving orders on behalf of the team.
• Assist in office event planning and coordination.
• Assist with new-hire/dispatcher onboarding preparation: ordering a phone, laptop, business card, nameplate, desk assignment, etc.
• Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams.

• 5+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, media companies, or information centers preferred but not required.
• Education: BA degree
• Fluency in English and Korean is required.
• Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include the ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% and 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond the normal schedule and periodic travel.
