This is an Executive Assistant role supporting two or more Directors within the Global Growth Sales, Partners and Sales Go to Market organization in Amazon Ads. The EA will serve as the operational backbone for our leadership team - managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, driving team logistics, and ensuring leaders can focus on their highest-priority work. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with minimal direction, and brings a high bar for organization and follow-through. This is a fully on-site role (5 days / week) based in Seattle.

You"ll manage intricate calendars across time zones, orchestrate cross-functional communication, and ensure our leadership team operates with maximum efficiency. From coordinating international travel to preparing comprehensive meeting agendas, you"ll be the behind-the-scenes catalyst that keeps our organization running smoothly.
No two days are the same - you might start the morning resolving scheduling conflicts, transition into planning a team event, and wrap up by onboarding a new hire. You will build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and other EAs to create a positive working environment and a well-connected support network.
