The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Austin headquarters—a professional who thrives in high-impact executive environments and is eager to contribute meaningfully to business development initiatives. This is an elevated, hybrid role that blends sophisticated administrative leadership with exposure to business development strategy.
As the trusted right hand to our Chief Growth Officer, you'll manage complex executive operations while partnering with marketing and business development teams to drive growth initiatives. Your organizational excellence, strategic thinking, and ability to anticipate needs will directly support Prospera's expansion and market positioning. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support, including managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end, including materials preparation and strategic follow-up
- Screen, prioritize, and route communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Process expense reports and reimbursements accurately and efficiently
- Support additional executives, marketing, and business development initiatives as needed
- Partner with Marketing to execute outreach campaigns aligned with growth strategies and provide data-driven insights on effectiveness
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accuracy of business development data to support informed decision-making
- Develop and manage sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and investment summaries
- Collaborate with the Events Planner to coordinate and execute firm-sponsored events, including logistics and on-site support
- Oversee office operations, including mail, shipping, and employee onboarding logistics (e.g., badge access)
- Monitor office equipment and supplies, assisting with basic troubleshooting and maintaining functionality
- Help maintain organized, professional shared office and meeting spaces
- Remain flexible and responsive to urgent or time-sensitive business needs, including after-hours support when necessary
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education & Background
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in executive support, business development, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership; background in financial services, alternative investments, or private equity strongly preferred

- Experience with CRM systems, including managing complex data sets and generating actionable insights

Work Arrangement & Requirements
Location & Schedule: Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to work in-office four days per week and one day remote. Parking is provided.
