Location: Austin, TX

Salary: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Flexibility required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (bonus points for admin training)
• 1-3 years of experience supporting an office or team
• Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Organized, accurate, and calm under pressure
• Friendly, dependable, and always ready to help

Job Duties:

• Keeping the boss (and the team) on track-calendar, emails, meetings, the works
• Handling the details so others can focus on the big picture
• Solving problems before they even become problems
• Keeping everything organized, from documents to last-minute emergencies
