Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will report to Experian Health and provide high-level administrative and strategic support to C-suite executives.
You will excel by demonstrating organization and judgment when handling confidential information and anticipate upcoming priorities, driving consistent delivery.
You will track your commitments, prompt others for follow-up, and ensure completion of action items.
- Manage complex executive calendars; coordinate meetings across time zones and align scheduling to priorities.
- Plan and accomplish meeting logistics (agenda support, materials, attendee coordination, rooms/virtual links) to ensure executives are prepared.
- Be a trusted liaison for the executive's office assessing inbound requests, communicating with internal/external partners, and building relationships.
- Draft, edit, and format executive-ready communications and materials.
- Resolve details end-to-end, and bring forward solutions concerning needs.
- Track deadlines, decisions, and commitments; lead follow-through and completion of action items.
- Manage priorities with calm urgency; determine what to escalate, defer, or delegate.
- Easily adapt to last minute changes while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel; create clear itineraries and contingencies and manage disruptions. Maintain travel profiles, preferences, and vendor relationships.
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation with urgency and accuracy. Meet deadlines, ensure compliance with company policy, and resolve issues quickly.
- Implement process improvements and simple systems that improve efficiency for the executive and broader team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years' Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders (SVP/C-suite)
- 5+ years' experience managing complex calendars, coordinate across time zones, and handle frequent schedule changes with accuracy.
- 5+ years' experience demonstrated judgment handling confidential information and sensitive communications.
- 5+ years' experience building partnerships with executives and leaders at all levels
- 5+ years' expert-level proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learn new systems and tools as introduced
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant in the Healthcare I.T. or Healthcare Revenue Cycle industries is beneficial
- Reside within 25 miles of Austin, TX

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
