The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing high-level administrative, and project coordination across the organization. This role manages complex schedules and priorities, facilitates cross-functional communication, supports leadership initiatives, and ensures efficient day-to-day operations for executive teams. The Executive Assistant regularly handles confidential information and acts as a liaison between executives, internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Manages and maintains executives’ schedules, travel arrangements, and leadership meeting cadences while supporting shifting business priorities..
Prepares reports, presentations, correspondence, budgets, and other business documents utilizing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications.
Serves as a liaison between executives, internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Supports operational and administrative processes including expense management, PTO tracking, invoice processing, PO management, and HRIS-related support.
Coordinates executive meetings, leadership events, team functions, and other organizational activities including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and meeting materials.
Maintains organizational charts, departmental distribution lists, reporting documentation, and other operational records.
Supports onboarding activities, recurring business cadences, leadership initiatives, and cross-functional projects as assigned.
Handles confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Assists in the development and coordination of administrative procedures and operational processes to support organizational effectiveness.
Performs additional duties and special projects as requested by the Executive Team.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $73,769.28 - 98,359.04 USD Annual. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
