Executive Assistant

What you will do:

• Maintain and coordinate the calendar for the President, Industrial Group and Hampton Roads, both professional and personal as needed
• Assist two Business Unit Leaders (projects and service) in meetings, appointments and calendar management as requested
• Submit expense reports for the President, Industrial Group and other Hampton Roads leadership as needed
• Take initiative to identify gaps, solve problems, and create value beyond your day-to-day responsibilities
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Schedule and coordinate professional meetings, conferences, teleconferences and appointments
• Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to plan and execute company-wide events, special projects, and key organizational initiatives

You should have:

• Possess high school diploma or equivalent., undergraduate degree preferred
• Possess at least 3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience, Executive Assistant experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the Executive Office professionally.
• High degree of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with modern collaboration tools.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and high-volume scheduling.
