Job Description:

Job Order: (Exec Admin - Transient Sales Coordinator)

Client: Fortune 500 (Top 10 companies in Chicago to work for)

Location: Chicago Close to Train (Hybrid Onsite)

Pay: $25-30 per hour (W2) + 1.5x overtime

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Start: ASAP

Overview:

Seeking a highly organized Transient Sales Coordinator to support the HSF Americas Transient Team. This role provides administrative, reporting, and systems support in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  1. Navigate Lanyon and other transient RFP systems
  2. Support transient sales processes and account coordination
  3. Extract and translate data from multiple systems into Excel reports
  4. Provide reporting validation and systems administration across ThoughtSpot, Envision, Cognos, and Cvent Transient
  5. Serve as Systems Administrator for Hyatt Sales Force - National Sales tools
  6. Leverage Envision (non-transient) for all accounts
  7. Prepare presentations (PowerPoint, Prezi, Publisher)
  8. Manage calendars, correspondence, and expense reports
  9. Coordinate VIP travel and client requests
  10. Maintain confidentiality and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
  1. 1+ year of professional experience (admin, sales support, or hospitality preferred)
  2. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  3. Experience working across multiple systems and data sources
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Preferred:
  1. Experience with Lanyon, Cvent, Envision, Cognos, or ThoughtSpot
  2. Hospitality or travel industry background
  3. Experience supporting sales teams or national accounts
