Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the commercial organization, optimizing their effectiveness through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep, expense processing, and project support.
Manage complex schedules across time zones, arrange travel and meetings, prepare materials, track deliverables, and handle confidential communications.
Assist with sales initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, support events, and produce reports. Ensure seamless communication and proactively anticipate leadership needs.
Requirements include 5+ years of executive support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel systems, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Preferred skills include a bachelor’s degree and CRM experience.
