ROLE IMPACT
The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO serves as a strategic partner by managing executive operations, supporting Board governance, and ensuring the efficient coordination of leadership activities. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced executive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the President/CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, and daily administrative priorities while coordinating executive-level meetings.
* Serve as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining Board records, recording meeting minutes, coordinating Board events, and supporting governance best practices.
* Attend Executive Leadership Team meetings, maintain agendas and meeting minutes, and publish weekly executive communications and staff updates.
* Support Executive and Senior Leadership Team scheduling, prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive documents.
* Coordinate meeting space reservations, manage executive mail and deliveries, arrange administrative coverage as needed, and perform additional duties to support executive operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of executive or senior-level administrative experience supporting executive leadership.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Constant Contact.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and support Board governance activities, including preparation of agendas and recording meeting minutes.
