Executive Legal Assistant

Global top tier law firm seeks a proactive Executive Legal Assistant for its Dallas office. Executive Legal Assistant will provide partners and senior attorneys with complex practice coordination and administrative assistance as well as backup support to the firm’s administrative assistant teams. Prior experience supporting attorneys in litigation and corporate transactional practice areas required. Firm seeks a candidate who thrives in fast-paced team environments and possesses strong attention to detail, critical thinking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4-5 years of executive and legal assistant experience in a law firm or professional services company. Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills, be tech-savvy, and a quick learner with new software and technology. Salary range is $80-100k, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
