    Job SummaryTalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of senior administrative professionals to support anticipated government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.

    The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to executive leadership, including Department Directors or equivalent officials. This role manages complex schedules, coordinates high-level communications, prepares detailed reports, and supports strategic and operational activities across the organization.

    The position operates with significant independence and requires strong judgment, discretion, and a thorough understanding of organizational policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide advanced administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination 
    • Prepare, review, and edit reports, correspondence, presentations, and official documents 
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion 
    • Track assignments, deadlines, and requests from leadership, ensuring timely completion 
    • Coordinate departmental communications, meetings, and special projects 
    • Serve as liaison between leadership, staff, external agencies, and the public 
    • Develop and maintain records management systems and documentation 
    • Support policy and procedure development and implementation 
    • Manage contracts, invoices, and administrative financial processes 
    • Coordinate travel, events, and executive-level engagements 
    • Provide staff support to committees, boards, and task forces 
    • May lead or coordinate the work of administrative staff and provide guidance and training 

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required 
    • Significant experience in administrative support, preferably supporting senior leadership 
    • Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative systems, and business practices 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism 
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills 
    • Proficiency with office software and administrative systems 
    • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
