Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for two executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and last-minute adjustments
- Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing incoming communications and requests
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support special projects and initiatives on behalf of executive leadership
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure
