The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and assists with organizational initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with discretion in handling confidential information.
Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting fundraising and donor relations, and maintaining organizational records.
Additionally, the role involves supporting board meetings, governance, and coordinating events and projects.
Qualifications include 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to the organization’s mission.
The position operates mainly in an office environment with occasional evening or early morning hours for events and meetings.
