Acts as a high-energy, technology-forward force-multiplier who is fluent in AI-driven tools, comfortable navigating the construction industry, and experienced in managing complex operational environments.

    • Prepare the CEO for each day and meeting with relevant context, documents, and priorities.

    • Actively use AI tools and automations to streamline scheduling, correspondence, research, and reporting workflows.

    • Maintain fluency in construction and electrical contracting concepts to represent the CEO credibly with field leadership, vendors, and clients.

    • Handle sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion, drafting and managing correspondence on the CEO's behalf.

    • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing incoming requests to protect executive time.

    • Take ownership of ad hoc special projects spanning HR, recruiting, operations, and business development.

    • Experience operating within or supporting complex, multi-site operational environments.

    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
