We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors within our organization. In this role, you will be the operational backbone that enables our leaders to scale their impact and drive key initiatives. You will do more than just manage schedules and logistics; you are a force multiplier who anticipates challenges, streamlines complex processes, and acts as a central point of communication for a fast-paced global team.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of a team shaping the future of the cloud.

You will masterfully navigate competing priorities, manage intricate calendars for two executives across multiple time zones, and coordinate high-impact team activities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
  • Management of multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  • Acting as a liaison for direct reports
  • Driving key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)
  • Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on items
  • Travel coordination for executives
  • Participating in planning of events
  • Having fun at work and helping others do the same
  • This position will work with other assistants throughout the Database Services and across the rest of the company
