Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This role supports three executives on the Retail Wireless Marketing and Product leadership team by managing administrative operations. The executive assistant resolves logistical bottlenecks by streamlining calendar management, coordinating travel, and filtering executive communications. Maintaining confidentiality during strategic changes and adapting to shifting priorities preserves team continuity. By anticipating logistical challenges and implementing workflow solutions, this position maintains stability under demanding deadlines.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

• Establish and maintain efficient internal processes that enhance the operational efficiency of the Retail Wireless leadership team
• Coordinate direct communication channels between executive leadership and the broader employee base to support organizational alignment
• Manage sensitive and confidential data regarding travel, expenses, and personnel matters with full discretion and accuracy
• Optimize executive productivity by using generative AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and manage schedules
• Build functional relationships with internal IT and Facilities departments to resolve systems issues and maintain the office environment

• Professional poise and the ability to work effectively while navigating high-pressure corporate environments
• Proven experience providing high-level support to executive management in corporate settings
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and mobile platforms to manage digital workflows
• AI literacy and the skill to apply generative AI tools to streamline content creation and administrative tasks
• Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong decision-making abilities based on an understanding of organizational systems and operational processes

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university
• 3+ years of experience in executive support, administrative management, or a related corporate field
• 3+ years of experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Google Meet), iOS and Android devices, and generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for professional applications

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
