Executive Assistant
LHH is partnering with a top client in Indianapolis to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs without direction.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: East Side of Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000–$70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, travel, expenses, and communications
- Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Organize files, systems, contracts, and vendor information
- Support communication flow and prioritize incoming requests
- Improve administrative processes and maintain efficient workflows
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, QuickBooks
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours needs
Preferred:
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or operations
- Experience with contracts, compliance, or CRM/TMS systems
