We are seeking a Korean-Speaking Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executives and facilitate communication between global headquarters and local teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Korean and English.
Job Description
Calendar & Meeting Operations Manage a shared multi-team calendar, coordinate global meetings, book rooms/tech/catering, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to completion.
Documentation & Knowledge Management Create, review, and maintain project charters, meeting notes, and compliance records while ensuring version control, naming standards, and audit-ready archiving.
Budgeting & Expense Oversight Track departmental spend, consolidate expenses, reconcile month-end entries with Finance, monitor invoices, flag budget variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cross-Functional Liaison & Stakeholder Management Serve as first contact for inter-department requests, route inquiries, ensure timely resolution, and draft internal communications, memos, and intranet updates. Leverage fluency in Korean and cultural expertise to navigate executive communication and bridge relationships between global headquarters and local teams.
Vendor & Contract Management Maintain vendor lists, support basic service agreement negotiations, and track contract renewals.
Event & Onboarding Coordination Plan onboarding, workshops, and team-building events; manage logistics, vendors, and post-event evaluations.
Process Improvement & Automation Audit workflows, identify bottlenecks, and champion Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
Compliance & Data Security Support audits and maintain records aligned with compliance and data-security standards.
Ad-hoc Projects & Special Initiatives Assist with dashboards, intranet redesigns, task forces, and provide research, data collection, and reporting support
Skills Required
Native or full professional fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal).
Strong working knowledge of Korean business culture, corporate hierarchy, and etiquette to effectively support leadership and cross-border operations.
Additional Requirements
Shift Schedule: 1st shift 8A-5P Monday - Friday
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Pay rate
$30 - $40 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
