Executive Assistant (Direct Hire)

LHH is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced professional services environment. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and thrives under deadlines-especially during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, email, and daily priorities
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meetings, and take detailed notes
- Deliver high-level client service and communication
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Proofread and edit professional communications
- Coordinate with third parties, including legal contacts
- Oversee client billing processes and ensure accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Proven Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
- Background in CPA, financial services, or legal environments strongly preferred
- Strong data entry, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence with strong customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
Schedule Expectations
- Standard: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Busy season (Jan-April): Extended weekday hours + occasional Saturdays (never exceeding 60 hours/week)
Compensation & Perks
- $65,000-$75,000 annually (DOE)
