Job Description
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executive/s.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in planning and executing events or meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking as required.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- Must have prior experience working as an Executive Assistant with experience in the Finance Services or Nonprofit industry.
- Experience with managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be able to work in-office Monday to Friday.
- Must be able to commit to the assignment of September 2026 to March 2027.
