Executive Assistant & Office Manager Education Week is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-level support to the President & CEO while helping ensure the smooth operation of our Bethesda, MD office. This is a highly visible role for a seasoned administrative professional who is comfortable working with senior leaders, Board members, employees, external partners, and vendors. The ideal candidate is a trusted, discreet, and resourceful professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and keep important work moving forward. Job Description As a key member of the Education Week team, the Executive Assistant /Office Manager will provide high-level administrative support to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as a primary role. This position serves a critical role in coordinating and managing the executive schedule and outreach, meeting arrangements, documentation, and projects.
