V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Executive Assistant for our premier client Plano, TX.
 
 
Education and Experience»
 

• 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.

 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
 

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

 
 
Financial & Operational Support
 

• Assist with monthly accruals & invoice processing.
• Support purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and contract administration.

 
 
Communication & Coordination
 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops.

 
Meeting & Event Management
 

• Coordinate team meetings, leadership meetings, and off-site events.
• Reserve conference rooms and manage meeting technology requirements.
