ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer while also assisting other senior leaders within the office as needed. This role is based in our San Mateo, CA office (transitioning to Redwood City) and works in close partnership with the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO of Commerce.

This is a highly visible and impactful role requiring exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly manages competing priorities, and serves as a trusted extension of the executives they support.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE IMPACT

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

  • Enable the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer to operate at their highest level by managing priorities, optimizing schedules, and creating operational leverage.

  • Build strong partnerships across leadership teams, acting as a trusted point of coordination between executives, their teams, and key stakeholders.

  • Foster alignment and collaboration by ensuring meetings, communications, and follow-up actions are executed efficiently and effectively.

  • Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant to support leadership events, executive visits, and key organizational initiatives.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Help leaders stay focused on delivering innovative products, technology solutions, and exceptional fan experiences by minimizing administrative friction.

  • Ensure seamless coordination of executive activities that support critical business priorities and customer-facing initiatives.

  • Represent Fanatics with professionalism and excellence when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and guests.

  • Support leadership efforts that ultimately enhance the experience of fans and customers worldwide.

  • Track key deadlines, deliverables, and business priorities while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Support leadership offsites, town halls, onboarding activities, office operations, and executive office effectiveness.

Capabilities & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role, ideally supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced and complex organization.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders within Technology, Product, or related functions is preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Expertise in complex calendar management, travel coordination, and executive scheduling. Proactive, resourceful, and always thinking several steps ahead.

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs.

  • Highly dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Collaborative team player who communicates effectively and builds trusted relationships across the organization.

  • Embraces a "no task is too small" mentality and is motivated by helping others succeed.

  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and modern workplace technologies.

  • Experience supporting virtual meetings and webinars; Zoom Webinar experience is a plus.

  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK & WHAT'S REQUIRED

  • Based in our San Mateo, CA office (transitioning to Redwood City in late Summer), with an expectation of five days per week in the office.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

  • Flexibility to support occasional extended hours and time-sensitive executive needs.

  • The salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 , in compliance with California salary transparency requirements. This range reflects the expected compensation based on qualifications and experience.
