The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a global, fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Selling Partner Financial Tech team in Seattle, Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities

This executive assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives while managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. They serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, screening calls, and preparing correspondence and presentations. The role has the opportunity to drive project management duties, including tracking multiple initiatives, following up on commitments, and maintaining thorough documentation. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Success in this role demands strong communication abilities, technical proficiency, and the capacity to work independently while supporting high-level business operations.

A day in the life

A day in the life of an executive assistant in this global team begins with an early morning check of emails and calendar updates, accommodating different time zones. The EA meets with with their executives, discussing priorities and any urgent matters. They can dive into important team initiatives ranging from, event planning, space management or work backwards plans.
