Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is key in supporting the CEO's activities within the education-focused business services environment in New York.

Description

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Ensure the CEO is prepared and informed for all meetings and events.
  • Build foundational executive support skills with mentor-ship and long-term growth potential.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant to CEO should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a corporate, professional services, or office environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Interested in a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term career growth.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, including calendars and document preparation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
