Executive ChefWe are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the launch and ongoing coordination of our back-of-house operations, with a primary focus on establishing a new dinner service beginning this fall.Responsibilities:- Oversee all back-of-house operations and coordination- Design and implement the dinner service program from the ground up- Develop the dinner menu and create a comprehensive recipe book- Hire, train, and manage the evening line cook team- Establish clear guidelines and standards for kitchen service and workflow- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and efficiency during service

Requirements

Requirements:- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role- Strong menu development and recipe standardization skills- Experience hiring and training kitchen staff- Ability to establish and enforce service standards and back-of-house procedures- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a new service launchThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys building a program from scratch, shaping both the menu and the team that will bring it to life for the launch of evening dinner service this fall.
