We're preparing for upcoming Executive Director opportunities with assisted living communities on Long Island.

As Executive Director, you run the community. You own the budget, grow census with your sales team through referral relationships and reputation, keep the community inspection-ready with the New York State Department of Health, and build a team of department heads who stay. Residents and families know you by name.

• $120,000 to $165,000 base salary, set by the hiring community based on experience and community size
