Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-term leader, Silver Birch of Muncie is seeking an experienced and engaging Executive Director to lead our community.

This is an opportunity to step into an established community, lead a dedicated team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and families.

Your Impact

As Executive Director, you'll lead the overall success of the community-bringing together strong operations, an engaged team, financial performance, and an exceptional resident experience.

You will:

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall community performance
• Drive occupancy growth and maintain strong census
• Create an exceptional experience for residents and families
• Coach and develop department leaders while building an engaged, accountable team
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Ensure the community meets operational, regulatory, and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a leader who knows how to run a strong operation while creating a culture where people want to live and work.

• Executive Director or Licensed Administrator experience in senior living or healthcare
• Active Indiana Administrator License in good standing
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills
• Proven ability to engage teams and drive results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
