Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Director for their Hospice division in the Milwaukee, WI area. A Registered Nurse is required. Hospice leadership experience is required.  Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Executive Director Job Requirements 

• Active RN license and experience in hospice operations. 
• Hospice leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations, accreditation standards, quality programs, and compliance requirements

Executive Director Job Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership and oversight for hospice division, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. 
• Coach and develop hospice staff
• Monitor quality metrics, budgets, and growth initiatives.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
