Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Executive Director for their Hospice division in the Milwaukee, WI area. A Registered Nurse is required. Hospice leadership experience is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Executive Director Job Requirements - Active RN license and experience in hospice operations.
- Hospice leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations, accreditation standards, quality programs, and compliance requirements
Executive Director Job Responsibilities - Provide leadership and oversight for hospice division, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Coach and develop hospice staff
- Monitor quality metrics, budgets, and growth initiatives.
