Job Summary

Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and management of the District's continuous improvement framework. This includes overseeing the integration of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) with MultiTiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and the District's Culture & Climate Framework to ensure a cohesive, data-driven, culturally responsive, approach to student success. The Executive Director will align data systems and governance, lead research and accountability efforts, and manage multi-year action plans to improve disproportionate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes for all students. This position provides strategic direction and supervision to assigned team of directors, coordinators, and specialists to build the capacity of district and site leaders to use evidence-based practices, data-based decision-making, and continuous improvement cycles.

Requirements / Qualifications

TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and any combination equivalent to: Five years' increasingly responsible certificated and management experience in school improvement, instructional leadership, implementing multi-tiered systems of support, and/or the development of professional learning programs. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver's license; provide personal automobile and proof of insurance. Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential and Administrative Services Credential is required.

  • Credential Copy (or Document Number listed on CTC/if enrolled in an intern program or preliminary program must provide letter from program verifying enrollment and completion of program (for intern program, letter must state you are intern eligible))
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 signed letters dated within 1 year of the application window; letters beyond 1 year or undated will not be accepted)
  • Resume (current and up-to-date)
