Something special is coming to Ball State’s campus—and we’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper to help bring it to life. Our new 97-room boutique hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will combine a distinctive local story with warm hospitality and the energy of campus life.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Build your team. Help hire, train, and inspire our opening housekeeping and laundry team.
- Bring opening day to life. Organize supplies, prepare guest rooms, and establish department routines.
- Lead with care. Coach your associates, set clear expectations, and celebrate their successes.
- Make every detail count. Maintain cleanliness and Hilton brand standards throughout the hotel.
- Keep us working together. Manage schedules, labor costs, inventory, and budgets while partnering with Front Office and Maintenance.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
- A welcoming leadership style and a passion for developing others.
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing schedules, inventory, and department performance.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Hilton experience is a plus!
