A private family is seeking an experienced, full-time Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily care, organization, and presentation of their luxury residence and family office. This role is responsible for maintaining five-star standards throughout a 6,000 sq. ft. private residence and a 5,000 sq. ft. family office while working collaboratively within a fully staffed household.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Household Care
- Perform all aspects of detailed housekeeping, deep cleaning, and ongoing maintenance of the residence and family office
- Ensure the homes remain beautifully presented and guest-ready at all times
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, seasonal maintenance plans, and organizational systems
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special household projects while the family is traveling
- Maintain the highest standards of care for fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, luxury finishes, and specialty surfaces
Laundry & Wardrobe Care
- Manage all household laundry, including washing, ironing, steaming, pressing, folding, and wardrobe organization
- Care for delicate fabrics and luxury garments using appropriate techniques
- Coordinate dry cleaning and specialty garment care as needed
Household Operations
- Maintain household inventory and ensure supplies are consistently stocked
- Arrange fresh flowers throughout the home
- Assist with elevated table settings and service for family meals, entertaining, and special events
- Provide light pet care, including feeding and organizing pet supplies
- Assist with additional household responsibilities and special projects as requested
- Work collaboratively with the household team to ensure seamless daily operations

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper within a luxury private residence
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for maintaining five-star standards
- Extensive knowledge of caring for fine fabrics, luxury furnishings, artwork, antiques, and specialty finishes
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize independently
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a household team

Requirements
