Bilingual Japanese / English Executive Officer
A highly respected global technology company with over 200 years of history is seeking a dynamic Executive Officer to lead and grow its U.S. operations based in Chicago.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on executive leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building high-performing organizations with direct exposure to global leadership.
What You'll Lead
• Strategic business operations across multiple business lines
• Sales and revenue growth initiatives
• Contract manufacturing and operational expansion
• Financial oversight including P&L management
• HR, organizational development, and compliance
• Executive partnerships and new business development
• Engineering and field service operations
What We're Looking For
Native or business-level fluency in Japanese and English
Strong executive leadership experience across operations, finance, and sales
Proven P&L management and business growth experience
Experience working with Japanese corporations or global organizations
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats
Semiconductor, microelectronics, manufacturing, or industrial technology experience is highly preferred
