About Our Family
We're a busy, ambitious couple who recently relocated to New Jersey and are excited to put down roots and build our life here. We both have demanding, fast-paced careers — one of us works primarily from home, while the other is growing a local business — and as our professional lives continue to ramp up, we're looking for someone exceptional who can help bring more ease, structure, and intention to everything happening behind the scenes.
Our home is important to us, and we want it to feel calm, organized, thoughtful, and distinctly ours. While the boxes may be unpacked, we're still very much in the process of creating the systems and rhythms that will make our household run seamlessly. We see this role as an opportunity for the right person to come in, understand how we live and work, and help us build those systems from the ground up.
We're naturally efficiency-minded and love finding smarter ways to do things. Technology, automation, and thoughtful systems are a big part of how we approach our professional lives, and we'd love to bring that same mindset into our home. Whether that means creating an intuitive household organization system, taking ownership of vendors and appointments, streamlining travel logistics, or finding a better way to manage recurring tasks, we value someone who is always thinking a step ahead.
We share our home with two cats and already have a trusted cat sitter and several household vendors whom we'd love our house manager to coordinate and manage. We're also happy to outsource certain tasks when it makes sense — we're much more interested in finding someone who can own the big picture than someone who simply completes a checklist.
Ultimately, we're looking for a true household and executive partner: someone we can trust deeply, delegate to confidently, and increasingly rely on as our lives evolve. This role is intentionally designed to grow over time. As our careers, household, and eventually our family expand, we hope this person will grow alongside us — taking on greater ownership, responsibility, and autonomy and becoming an invaluable part of how our life runs.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
Organized & Systems-Minded: You love creating order out of chaos and building practical systems that make everyday life easier.
Proactive & Resourceful: You anticipate needs, take initiative, and find solutions. You understand that ownership doesn't always mean doing everything yourself — sometimes the best solution is finding the right person, service, or tool and coordinating it from start to finish.
Detail-Oriented & Dependable: When something lands on your plate, it gets handled. You follow through completely and take pride in being someone who can be trusted to own the outcome.
Discreet & Trustworthy: You handle personal and professional information with sound judgment, and complete confidentiality.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You're comfortable with technology and excited to explore new tools, including AI and automation, that can make life more efficient.
Thoughtful & Versatile: You have an eye for an organized, well-appointed home and can comfortably shift between household projects, vendors, errands, travel, calendars, and administrative support.
A Long-Term Partner: You're looking for somewhere to grow. You're excited to learn a household deeply, take on increasing ownership, and become a trusted right hand as their careers, home, and future family evolve.
