Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and professional Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top leadership talent across a variety of industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior-level positions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders.
The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, experience recruiting high-level professionals, and a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and position requirements.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.

Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments.

Build and maintain pipelines of qualified executive and leadership talent.

Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations.

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.

Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding transitions.

Maintain accurate candidate and client information within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.

Build relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and networking groups.

Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation data, and industry developments.

Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.

Experience recruiting leadership, management, director, vice president, or executive-level talent.

Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
