Emerald Resource Group is looking for an experienced, driven recruiter who wants to build a meaningful long-term career in executive search.

This is a role for someone who already understands the fundamentals of recruiting and enjoys the business side of the work. You know how to find strong people, build trust quickly, manage a search, work with hiring managers, and keep momentum through the finish line. What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting searches from client intake through candidate placement
• Build long-term relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
• Source high-quality professionals through direct outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, job boards, and talent mapping
• Conduct meaningful candidate interviews and evaluate experience, technical skills, career goals, and fit
• Present qualified candidates with clear insight, not just resumes
• Partner with clients on search strategy, market feedback, compensation, candidate availability, and interview process
• Develop new client relationships and grow business within your area of specialization
• Build and maintain organized pipelines in Loxo (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Stay current on hiring trends, talent movement, and your industry or functional specialty
• Manage multiple searches while providing a high level of follow-up and service to candidates and clients

What We Are Looking For

• Three or more years of recruiting, executive search, staffing, business development, account management, or related professional sales experience
• A track record of building relationships, earning trust, and producing results
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, leadership, finance, healthcare, or other specialized talent is a plus
• Comfortable making outbound calls, developing new business, and working directly with decision-makers
• Strong communication, interviewing, and consultative selling skills
• Competitive, resilient, organized, and accountable
• Able to manage several priorities without letting details or follow-up slip
• Comfortable learning and using recruiting technology, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and market-research tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right person

This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and meaningful opportunity to increase your earnings as you grow your desk and client relationships.
